The hotel was centrally located to rail transport hub as well as downtown service facilities. Although in a busy area, our room was quiet and well appointed. Very impressed by the breakfast. We had a-la-carte but a full continental was available. The dining room staff were exceptional.

Fantastic location near St. Lawrence Market and near the arena. Walking distance to Eaton Centre. Right near the train station. Many restaurants and coffee houses close by. Moderately quiet. Parking on site and not terrible on surrounding streets. Room was large and well designed. Shower was great. Pool was lovely. Gym looked nice - next time! On-site restaurant was okay - staff were lovely, food was nice.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was notch above chains but lagged behind Novotel's in Europe. Excellent coffee. Pool is great but hot tub is not water or air jetted, just warm and still. Sauna was great. Elevators are fast and efficient. Parking was tight but very convenient. Location is superb for Distillery District and St Lawrence Market. Rooms are strangely decorated but beds and pillows are excellent. Noisy music from late night dance club across the street was a minor irritant (wife is a light sleeper) but convenience of restaurants/bars/clubs directly across the street was convenient. Goose Island Brewery beer was exceptional.

An amazing location, close to restaurants, markets, drugstores, tourist spots, and even the Union Station. The hotel offers great facilities and amenities, and the staff is professional and efficient. Great breakfast options.

We really liked the location of the hotel. The fact that you can only get to your floor with a card is very reassuring, since there are plenty of homeless people in the city. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was just amazing. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable that you just didn't want to leave the room.

Very clean. Quality linens. Very helpful to have extra luxuries in the bathroom like a comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, q tips, shower cap and a shaver! I had to crash in Toronto un expectantly due to bad weather and didn't prepare for an overnight stay so it was so nice to have these things.

We have spent one week at Novotel Toronto Centre Hotel and it all went very well. The rooms are very spacious and clean with all the necessary comforts. The staff is very kind and always available to help. The hotel is located in a very central area in Downtown Toronto, very close (walking distance) to St Lawerence Market, Union Station, CN Tower, Harbourfront and metro stops. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The accommodation was excellent in many aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym. Additionally, the accommodation's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location, clean, amazing amenities, great food & drinks. Staff was amazing; especially Merit. This hotel smells like you entered paradise; it’s so exhilarating!

We loved the room for comfort- but our view was the very ugly parking garage and it was a bit confusing getting to & from the garage until we figured it out The breakfast was a buffet and expensive and not the eggs Benedict that I had seen on the menu outside the hotel restaurant
